JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Factory Compliance issues
Correspondence with QA & Compliance Auditors of Buying House for CoC.
Implementation of Buyers CoC, rules & regulation according to local law & international standard.
To follow up the progress of Internal Audit.
Conduct Management Review Meeting
Monitor & support factory personnel to work for implementation of Action Plan to comply with Buyers requirement.
Prepare the monthly progress, monitoring & follow-up report for the management.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Masters /MBA in HRM from reputed University
(PGDHRM is preferable)
5 to 7 year(s)


JOB REQUIREMENT
Age 30 to 35 year(s)
Having core experience of Compliance minimum 05-07 years.
Must have good skills on implementing compliance on production floors.
Must have good command on EHS & OSHA matters.
Must have knowledge and hands on experience on implementation and preparation of ISO documentation for QMS and EMS.
Have good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social & Technical Audits.
Have good presentation & communication skills.
Preferably having experience of Home Textiles Industry.
